Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@ollabag.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return carriage on non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

We cannot process your refund to a different card or payment method than the one used to purchase your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ollabag.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

Shipping Policy

Please note where possible we will recycle packaging to send goods out.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Delivery time in the UK is 3 - 5 working days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and please note, we are, unfortunately, unable to take responsibility for any delays due to postal service problems outside of our control.

If it looks as though there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address you provide us.

You will receive a further email notification when your order has shipped.
