Please note where possible we will recycle packaging to send goods out.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Delivery time in the UK is 3 - 5 working days. 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and please note, we are, unfortunately, unable to take responsibility for any delays due to postal service problems outside of our control.

If it looks as though there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address you provide us.

You will receive a further email notification when your order has shipped.

NOTE: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ollabag.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
