Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.


Refund Timeline


You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package,
though in many cases it will be processed faster. This estimated timeframe includes:

5–10 business days: Return transit time to reach us
3–5 business days: Time for us to process your return
5–10 business days: Time for your bank to process the refund

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@ollabag.com with your order number.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions.
3. Once we receive and process the item, we will notify you via email.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return carriage on non-faulty items will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method — we cannot refund
    to a different card or account.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us as soon as possible at info@ollabag.com with your order number and
    a photo of the item.
  • We’ll handle these issues case-by-case and aim to reach a satisfactory
    resolution.


Please note: our refund/replacement promise does not apply to items damaged by
neglect, or misuse.
